Job Description:
- The qualified candidate will perform detailed design of special test equipment and develop testing methods to facilitate electrical tests, system integration, qualification and acceptance test of space electronic products.
- Design responsibilities include electronic circuit design, mechanical design and development of LabVIEW test software.
- Responsibilities will also include developing test plans and procedures to assure product conforms to customer requirements; Conducting product qualification, environmental and acceptance level testing; Experience in electronic circuit troubleshooting. Compiling test data and generation of test reports.
- Solid multi-disciplined electronics education, in power systems, digital and analog electronics and electronic systems.
- BSEE with a minimum of 3 years of experience with the development test plans and procedures.
- Experience designing electronic circuits.
- At least 3 years’ experience conducting product qualification, environmental and acceptance level testing.
- Experience generating test reports.
- A minimum of 3 years of design experience with EGSE (electrical ground support equipment) or STE (special test equipment).
- Experienced with bench test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, arbitrary waveform generators, etc.), automated software driven test equipment (LabVIEW) and custom board, box and system level test set design.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
