Prepress Operator - 3rd shift

What we do: GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing.What you\'ll be doing: The Reclaim Production Technician I will be responsible for preparing screens by stripping/cleaning used screens, placing them into screen washer, may need to apply coating to remove ink, and inspecting them for quality. The technician will ensure all screens meet production standards and are processed efficiently to support smooth workflow in the printing department.Clear screens of coating material and inspect for any holes, smudges, alignment issues, etc.Remove image, clean and prepare screens for re-usePrepare coating material and place on screens in preparation for imaging placementAdhere work order image to screenProper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)What makes this job awesome:A successful team with integrity.What we are looking for:High School Diploma or GEDThis is an entry level position so any experience in a manufacturing environment or related experience is helpfulDetail orientated, reliable, quick learnerAbility to stand, bend, lift, walk, and move throughout the facility for 8-10 hours per shiftFrequent use of hands/arms for lifting screens weighing between 5 -10 lbs regularlyAble to carry, lift and move screens regularlyRepetitive movement such as bending/lifting/reaching/twisting throughout the shiftComfortable working in a production or warehouse environment with varying temperaturesAble to inspect the screens to ensure quality and accuracyThrive in a fast-paced workplace and follow standardized proceduresWhy join GroupeSTAHL?
