Export Control Foreign National Access Analyst

We have international offices, staff and clients calling us from around the world.We are seeking a Full-Time Foreign National Access Analyst for our Logistics Contract. The Foreign National Access Analyst is responsible for reviewing, processing, and managing foreign national access requests to ensure compliance with U.S. export control regulations, security requirements, and company policies. This role supports controlled access to facilities, systems, technical data, software, and programs involving non-U.S. persons. The analyst will work closely with Export Compliance, Security, HR, Legal, IT, and Program teams to evaluate access eligibility and mitigate regulatory risks associated with foreign national participation. This position is onsite only.Key Responsibilities: Process and review Foreign National Access Requests (FNARs) for employees, contractors, visitors, and third-party personnel.Verify compliance with:ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations)EAR (Export Administration Regulations)OFAC sanctions and restricted party regulationsConduct denied/restricted party screenings and nationality assessments.Review immigration and citizenship documentation to determine access eligibility.Coordinate approvals with Export Compliance, Security, HR, Legal, and business stakeholders.Maintain records, audit trails, and compliance documentation for all access determinations.Support implementation of Technology Control Plans (TCPs).Monitor and manage access permissions to export-controlled systems, networks, facilities, and technical data.Investigate potential unauthorized access incidents and escalate compliance concerns.Assist with internal audits and regulatory inspections.Provide guidance to employees regarding foreign national access procedures and compliance requirements.At all times, comply with all federal, state, and JSC traffic and safety regulations and procedures.At all times perform duties in a professional and courteous manner.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Criminal Justice, International Trade, Cybersecurity, Political Science, or related field.2+ years of experience in export compliance, access control, security operations, or regulatory compliance.Basic understanding of ITAR, EAR, Deemed exports, and Foreign national access requirements.Experience with identity and access management systems.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Competency in Microsoft Office business suite software: word, excel, outlook, and ability to learn new business applications, and use of database management systems.Candidate must require no sponsorship now or at any time in the future.Placement agencies and outside recruiters need not respond.Interested employees must submit a resume.
