Field Application Engineer(EE)

About the Job:We seek a proactive FAE with passive component expertise to support top-tier Bay Area customers in consumer electronics. You will resolve electronic & passive component design barriers, drive DFM, and align with China factory engineering to close design gaps.Job DescriptionsTake lead in technical discussions related to DFM（designed for manufacturing）and design proposals with customers; covering like passive components (capacitors, resistors, inductors, filters, ferrite beads).• Work closely with customer's product design team in solving design issues & passive component selection/ integration problems;• Lead the communication between internal engineering team/project management team and develop schedule to meet build deadlines;• Assist Key Account Managers in resolving technical issues;• Active meetings with customers regarding project status/design/engineering issues/future opportunities;• Occasional travel to Asia;• Legal working status.Job RequirementsLanguage : Mandarin and EnglishEducation: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 5+ years experienceExperience with passive components (capacitors, resistors, inductors, filters, ferrite beads) or passive component application designExperience supporting top-tier consumer electronics / automotive customers is a plus Project Management Strong communication and presentation skills
