This role has authority across all finance functions and works closely with executive leadership to support informed decision-making. The Controller II of Finance also provides supervisory oversight of Billing and Revenue Cycle operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial performance.What You Will DoLead agency-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planningDevelop and oversee financial models, projections, and variance analyses to support executive and Board decision-makingMaintain authority and oversight across all finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle operationsProvide supervisory oversight of Billing and Revenue Cycle functions, ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and reimbursementMonitor reimbursement trends, payer performance, cash flow, and revenue optimization strategiesCollaborate with executive leadership to assess financial risk, sustainability, and growth opportunitiesEnsure compliance with applicable federal, state, and county regulations, contracts, and reporting requirementsPrepare and oversee financial reports, statistics, and analyses for leadership, Board committees, and external stakeholdersWhat We Need To SeeBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; advanced degree preferredMinimum of 2 years of supervisory experienceOne to three years of experience in most or all of the following areas:Budgeting and financial managementStrategic planningCompliance and regulatory oversightRevenue cycle or billing operationDon't believe you meet all the preferred requirements?
