Property ManagerWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented property manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our residential community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, maintaining property standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-maintained, welcoming environment while supporting the growth and success of our property portfolio.Key responsibilities include:Collecting rents, security deposits, and miscellaneous charges from tenants.Scanning checks daily to ensure accurate record-keeping.Enforcing payment policies; note that acceptance of cash payments will result in automatic dismissal.Issuing late notices and initiating eviction proceedings when necessary.Showing vacant apartments to prospective tenants, providing information and answering questions.Accepting rental applications, verifying income and assets, and submitting all documentation to the corporate compliance department for final review and approval.Conducting property inspections upon arrival and departure each day to ensure standards are maintained.Monitoring common areas and laundry rooms, ensuring they are clean, safe, and in good working order.Overseeing the turnover process of vacated units, signing off on completion, and coordinating necessary repairs or cleaning.Maintaining the office environment through regular housekeeping.Watering grounds seasonally to keep the property attractive and well-maintained.Skills and qualifications include:Proven experience in property management or a related field.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge of rental laws, fair housing regulations, and compliance procedures.Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.Basic proficiency in computer applications, including property management software.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking the property and inspecting grounds.Join our team and become part of a company that values professionalism, integrity, and community.
