This position leads preparation and execution of premium catering offerings across suites, club spaces, and large-scale special events, ensuring consistency, quality, and exceptional presentation. Ideal candidates bring hands-on leadership, high-volume catering expertise, and a passion for executing service at the highest level during game days, concerts, and live events.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes.Operates and cleans equipment after each use. Performs scheduled routine cleaning.Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy.
