Auto Sales Consultant

Carco Sales & Finance is looking for the right individual to join our sales team. We have a large inventory of vehicles. Strong pay plan! Sales experience is a plus. We offer the tools needed to succeed. We are looking for someone with an understanding of the automotive industry, will train the right candidate. A welcoming positive attitude and friendly demeanor Active, high energy, & a familiarity with social media, will be assisting in posting short form content, car reviews, walk around videos for clients. Taking photos of new vehicle. Establish daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting and sales goals Prioritize and organize work, and utilize time effectively Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking the right questions and listening closely to cater to their wants and needs for their next vehicle. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations, while complying with all company, DMV, state, and federal requirements Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses Consistently follow up after sales to ensure client satisfaction and opportunity for additional sales and return purchases Negotiation skills to offer deals that satisfy customers while ensuring profit for the dealership SPANISH SPEAKER IS A BIG PLUS We are seeking an immediate hire. Prior automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Schedule: 10 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Experience: Sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
