Role OverviewNovra Corp is seeking a Data Analyst to turn operational data into accurate reporting, clear findings, and practical decisions. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates in the United States.At Novra Corp, this work supports strategic marketing, brand positioning, campaign analysis, and client operations. The role emphasizes clean data, reproducible reporting, clear metrics, and decision-ready findings.Your FocusCollect, clean, join, and validate data from approved spreadsheets, exports, and business systems.Build or maintain recurring reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and quality-control checks.Investigate unusual results, document root causes, and distinguish data issues from real operating changes.Summarize trends, definitions, assumptions, and limitations for non-technical stakeholders.Maintain reproducible files, metric definitions, and handoff notes so reporting can be reviewed and repeated.Success in the RoleNumbers reconcile to source systems, definitions stay consistent, exceptions are explained, and stakeholders receive useful reporting on schedule.Skills And ExperiencePractical spreadsheet and structured-data analysis skills.Strong validation habits and a willingness to investigate discrepancies.Clear written communication of methods, findings, and limitations.Ability to prioritize recurring reporting and ad hoc questions in a remote setting.The BasicsThe Data Analyst will work through approved digital systems, shared documents, email, phone, and collaboration tools. Secure handling of company and customer information, reliable availability during agreed working hours, and clear written status updates are essential.CompensationFull-time. Associate level. Base compensation: $55,000-$78,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
