Lead Bartenders are responsible for assisting with the bar inventory and completing ordering par sheets. They must also train new bar team members. They must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixology. They are expected to adhere to state laws regarding alcohol service and ensure that guests are not over-served. A Lead Bartender must have a positive attitude, the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. They should be able to multi-task, organize their work efficiently, and maintain a clean and tidy bar area.Work closely with the bar manager to improve and maintain bar standards.Completing updated LBW pars for ordering manager to purchase.Train new bar staff members.Complete bar related admin tasks such as updating Use Records, Steps of Service, bar meeting materials, etc.Effectively communicate to management and team members.Assist with bar inventory.Ensure the completion of deep cleaning duties.Ensure product is properly stored in bar areas in FIFO order.Work with bar manager to streamline and create SOPs.Benefits & PerksWe have you covered with an awesome rewards package!
