If you are a dynamic self-starter with a passion for patient admissions and customer service , we want to meet you!Position: Admissions Director / Admissions Coordinator Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift | Flex as needed to meet facility needs: On call rotation and light travelSalary: Commensurate with experienceAdmissions Director Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time off and generous vacation packagePaid holidaysEmployee discountAdmissions Director Responsibilities:Obtain referral information from telephone and walk-in inquiries, including complete clinical and financial information required for admission committee approvalCollaborate with the business office to verify financial information is accurate and complete prior to patient admissionAchieve family commitment to tour the facility on 80% of viable referrals ; conduct facility tours with familiesManage the full admissions process , including explaining admission policies and ensuring all paperwork is complete upon admissionMonitor and update facility personnel on pending referrals , admissions, and necessary follow-upCommunicate referral source issues to the Marketing Director as they ariseBuild and maintain relationships with referral sourcesAdmissions Director Qualifications:2–3 years of experience in admissions at a SNF , subacute , rehab , or other healthcare facilityStrong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and follow-upProfessional telephone skills with the ability to handle referral calls effectively and efficientlyComputer proficiency with a marketing information systemKnowledge of the managed care industry preferredExcellent communication skills — written and verbalCommitment to protecting patient and resident rights and upholding professional standardsCountry Club Rehab & Healthcare Center proudly offers short-term rehab and long-term care services.
