Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $115,000 to $120,000 per year. Job Responsibilities:Review financial information for real estate holdings, including budget work and analysis of monthly results prepared by property teams.Prepare quarterly valuation summaries and develop financial models that support investment reviews.Coordinate with property management and outside accountants to support audits and confirm accuracy of property level records.Calculate cash distributions for entities based on partnership terms and related agreements.Assist with gathering and maintaining property data and support the creation of automated reporting tools. Requirements:Ability to organize several ongoing projects and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.Skill in reviewing financial information and identifying issues through analytical thinking.Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to work across multiple departments.Capacity to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.Professional judgment and integrity when handling confidential or sensitive information. Qualifications:A bachelor degree in business, accounting, finance, or related study.3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Knowledge of real estate or partnership accounting as well as audit experience.Additional credentials such as a CPA or experience in public accounting.REF #51937
