Senior/ Account Manager (FATP)Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior/ Account Manager professional in Goertek Electronics at our Santa Clara office to support our sales accounts and activities.Responsibilities:Working in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic teaming environment with the teamand to effectively manage opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle.Passionate about Goertek's customers and prospects to deliver a world-classcustomer engagement experience to our tier-one customers.Leverages best-in-class sales and communications tools to accelerate sales, maintaining high levels of activity.Leverage appropriate tool and present business ideas with high quality proposal and strong messaging.Effectively communicate with key account customers and find best solutions and actionable plans for complicated problems. Lead cross functional team implementing plan with periodical review and adjustment.Demonstrate strong leadership and provide clear and effective instructions in complicate situation.Streamlines internal resources and lead cross functional teams. Provide effective support to various teams across customer organization.Builds and manages resources required to complete projects from design through implementation.Acts as an inside champion between various team internally in dealing with customer request and issues. Delivers sound business cases, as well as customer requested reports with information, data, and result-driven proposal.Operates at a strategic and tactical level to ensure client relationships are positive, expectations are set and managed appropriately, and the account remains a consistent source of lucrative revenue.Handles multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in fast pace.Serves as the internal client advocate and provide balance to the development and manufacturing teams and provide direction to cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.Qualifications:MS/MA degree is preferred. BA/BS degree is a must.5+ years of customer relationship management experience with strong Account Management and Project Management skills in a manufacturing business environment.Prior experience in FATP/Module/System-level development.Stays on top of product development cycle, manufacturing, material planning and supply chain management knowledge are preferred. Ability to demonstrate and communicate technical and engineering concepts with strong presentation skills.Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision with a high level of integrityFluent in conversational Mandarin is highly desired.The base pay range for this role is between $127,029.00 and $189,222.00 annually and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
