Human services professionals are encouraged to consider an outstanding career opportunity with Liberty Healthcare.In partnership with Maryland’s Developmental Disabilities Administration, Liberty Healthcare operates a statewide program which endeavors to develop continuous quality improvement processes that enhance person-centered service delivery and support to people who are living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, so they may live their best lives.To support this initiative, Liberty is now hiring for multiple full-time Senior Quality Specialist positions.As a Senior Quality Specialist, your daily work will involve:Traveling to Targeted Case Management provider locations throughout the regionMeeting in-person with Developmental Disabilities Administration stakeholders including Coordinators of Community Services and waiver participantsCollaborating with Coordinators of Community ServicesReviewing and evaluating person centered plans to determine alignment with best practicesProviding technical assistance and trainingData collection, analysis and report writingThis is a field-based position which will require regular travel throughout the region.
