Overview:
In this role you design, build, and deploy web interfaces that surface AI-generated insights for supply chain users. You own frontend design and contribute to end-to-end solutions with AI/AIOps collaboration, affecting production-grade, scalable deployments. You'll mentor juniors, set frontend standards, and ensure performance, security, and usability in cross-functional initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping the UI layer of intelligent supply chain tools. Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX delivery for supply chain intelligence portals and dashboards
- Define and enforce frontend standards, components, accessibility, and responsive design
- Collaborate on API contracts and translate model endpoints into REST/GraphQL services
- Package software for production with Docker OCI images, Helm charts, or serverless bundles
- Own quality gates: unit/integration tests, CI pipelines, static analysis, and automated UI tests
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing workshops
- Drive frontend performance optimization and monitor health metrics
- Maintain UI component libraries, design system guidelines, and deployment playbooks
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate prototypes
- Stay current on supply chain trends to embed relevant visualizations and patterns
Key requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and Node.js Express
- Design data-rich, accessible interfaces with CSS in JS, design systems, and visualization libraries (D3.js, Plotly, Chart.js)
- Experience containerizing web apps with Docker and creating Helm charts or serverless deployment bundles
- Strong experience building automated test suites (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) and integrating into CI pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Demonstrated leadership in frontend development, architectural decision-making, and technical communication to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading wireframing sessions with business stakeholders to translate needs into designs and acceptance criteria
