Real Estate Appraiser/Apprentice

We are actively looking for a skilled Residential Real Estate Appraiser to join our team and contribute to our business growth. Even if you are not yet certified as a WA State Residential Real Estate Appraiser, we are eager to support your journey through our paid apprenticeship program, available to suitable candidates. Applicants should have at least 2 years of college credits completed, along with strong computer skills that will assist in conducting property evaluations efficiently.The primary responsibility of the Residential Appraiser will involve conducting property inspections. While most of these inspections are confined within a 25-mile radius, there are occasions where they may extend up to 50-60 miles. The role also includes performing necessary research and compiling comprehensive reports, which can conveniently be done from your own home, thanks to the remote support provided by our experienced staff. We understand the importance of work-life balance, so we offer flexible scheduling; however, we are specifically looking for candidates who do not have substantial obligations from other employment.Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by emailing their resumes.
