This role requires a combination of skills from art design, graphic design, and product design to handle various design challenges across our product ecosystem. In this role, you will own the brand design aesthetic working closely with product, marketing, and operations.What You’ll Do Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and artwork for various applications, including websites, marketing materials, and social media.Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and branding for the company or product.Design graphics to illustrate new features, product highlights, partnerships, and milestones on Parler and other platforms including websites and marketing materials.Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital products and applications, ensuring a positive user experience.Construct optically compelling decks that include design assets and visual copywriting to support business presentations and marketing initiatives.Lead design initiatives with minimal oversight, delivering projects on time and to a high standard.Mentor team members, fostering growth and development in design projects.Who You Are Proven experience in art, brand, graphic, and/or UI design, with a required portfolio showcasing your work.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch and Figma.Energetic and proactive, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects in parallel. You embrace challenges and take ownership of your work.Excellent communication skills and a team player who works well with cross-functional teams.Flexible and open to feedback, you excel in a dynamic, evolving environment and are eager to make an impact.Able to take initiative and manage projects independently, delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
