Role DescriptionThis is a full-time intern position located on-site in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. The intern will assist with a variety of tasks including research, project coordination, data analysis, and administrative support. Additional responsibilities may include contributing to project planning, communicating with team members to ensure progress, and providing creative input on ongoing initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful community-focused projects.QualificationsStrong research, analytical, and data organization skillsCivil Engineering, Architecture, Design or urban Planning background preferredBasic knowledge of project coordination and planning practicesProficiency in written and verbal communication, with an ability to contribute creative ideasAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environmentProficiency in common software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent toolsDetail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive approach to problem-solvingCurrently enrolled in or recently completed coursework in fields such as Urban Planning, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related disciplinesFamiliarity with community development or urban infrastructure projects is a plus
