Senior Project Manager – Pharma Engineering / CAPEX ProjectsVacaville, CA | Onsite/HybridWe’re looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale facility upgrade and capital projects within a pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing environment.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, regulated environments (cGMP) and has a strong track record of delivering CAPEX and tech transfer projects end-to-end.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead major facility upgrade projects (equipment installation, cleanroom/lab upgrades, site expansions)Manage technology transfer projects across manufacturing sitesDrive full project lifecycle: planning, design, construction, commissioning & closeoutLead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, quality, and external vendorsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with cGMP standardsCommunicate project status, risks, and financials to leadershipWhat We’re Looking For:Strong experience in CAPEX project management within pharma/biotech manufacturingProven background in facility upgrades and engineering projectsHands-on experience with tech transfer in GMP environmentsExpertise in project planning, risk management, and scheduling (MS Project / Primavera)Experience working with design, construction, and equipment vendorsExcellent stakeholder communication, including executive-level reporting
