TIFCO is committed to providing solutions that lower maintenance costs, reduce equipment and vehicle downtime, and reduce administrative costs, thereby improving productivity for our Customers.Role DescriptionThis is a fulltime, on-site role located in Milwaukee, WI, for an Outside Sales Specialist. Key responsibilities include building relationships with new and existing customers, managing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' MRO product needs. The Specialist will also implement and manage VMI systems, conduct training sessions, and ensure customers optimize their inventory. Daily tasks will involve field visits to customer locations, identifying opportunities to expand sales, and maintaining a consistent presence as a trusted partner.QualificationsStrong Sales skills with a proven ability to drive results and meet or exceed targetsExperience in Customer Service and Account Management, with a focus on building and maintaining relationshipsProficiency in Field Service operations, including visiting client sites and managing on-site needsAbility to deliver effective Training and support for implementing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systemsSelf motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independentlyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in MRO or industrial sales is an advantageValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredWhat You Can Expect:Salary range: $60,000-$100,000+ per year.
