Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Greenwood, IN. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in properties. Key responsibilities include conducting property showings, educating clients on market trends, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. The Agent will work collaboratively within a supportive team environment to deliver outstanding client experiences and achieve sales goals. Qualifications Active Real Estate License is requiredExpertise in Real Estate practices, including buying, selling, leasing, and investmentExceptional skills in Customer Service and fostering client relationshipsProven ability in Sales, contract negotiation, and client managementUnderstanding of Real Property laws and regulationsStrong communication, organizational, and time-management abilitiesProficiency with real estate market tools and technology is an advantageA strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a goal-driven mindset
