While you are welcome to apply to any or all of the postings, we recommend focusing on the specific country(s) that align with your preferred location(s):US - Requisition Number: R-075388Zug - Requisition Number: R-077370São Paulo - Requisition Number: R-077372Remember, whether you apply to one or all of these requisition numbers, your applications will be considered as a single submission.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Operations Planning ExecutionLead global execution of Deliver Operations Planning activities within established planning frameworks and standards.Ensure regional planning teams operate consistently and effectively within agreed planning guardrails.Monitor planning performance and drive corrective actions where gaps exist.Supply, and Capacity PlanningLead Deliver supply and capacity planning across owned and 3PL distribution centers and transportation partners.Ensure accurate and timely visibility of capacity constraints, risks, and trade‐offs across the Deliver network.Support regional Deliver teams in executing capacity aligned to business priorities.Inventory Planning & Policy GovernanceLead execution of Deliver inventory planning in accordance with established policies and targets.Monitor inventory performance across regions, balancing service, cost, and working capital objectives.Drive actions to address inventory risks, imbalances, and exception conditions.Integrated Business Planning (IBP) EnablementOwn Deliver Operations Planning inputs, analysis, and recommendations into IBP processes, including Supply Review and Management Business Review.Execute Deliver planning scenarios and trade‐off analyses to support enterprise decision‐making.Represent Deliver planning outcomes in IBP forums and leadership discussions.Scenario Planning & Decision FrameworksExecute approved scenario planning related to allocation, mode mix, network risks, and launches.Provide clear insights on operational and financial implications of Deliver planning scenarios.Support leadership decisions through fact‐based planning analysis and recommendations.Planning Governance, Standards & PlaybooksEnsure compliance with global Deliver planning standards, controls, and governance expectations.Monitor planning effectiveness through KPIs, indicators, and maturity assessments.Escalate risks, gaps, and exceptions in line with governance and decision forums.Risk & Resilience PlanningProactively identify Deliver operational risks and vulnerabilities through planning execution.Support mitigation actions and contingency planningEnable resilient planning outcomes through disciplined execution and monitoring.Leadership & CollaborationLead, coach, and develop Deliver Operations Planning teams and key planning contributors.Partner closely with Regional Deliver Operations, E2E Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.Influence stakeholders through clear communication of planning insights, risks, and trade‐offs.Scope & AccountabilityOwns:Execution of Deliver Operations Planning activitiesDeliver supply, capacity, and inventory planning outcomesDeliver planning inputs and recommendations into IBPDoes Not Own:Design of enterprise planning processes or policiesDay‐to‐day operational execution in distribution or transportationEnterprise IBP governanceQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferredExtensive experience in supply chain planning, operations planning, or deliver/network planning within a global environmentDemonstrated leadership in Planning and IBP integrationProven ability to lead teams and influence cross‐functional stakeholders in a matrix organizationPreferred:Experience operating within complex, multi‐region distribution and logistics networksStrong analytical, scenario planning, and decision‐framework development skillsAbility to translate strategy into standardized, executable planning processesQualificationsEducation:A minimum of a Bachelor's or equivalent University Degree is required, Masters or advanced degree preferred.Experience and Skills:Required:Minimum of 8 years overall business experience is required, preferably focused on Planning/Deliver/Strategy and management of large programs.Proven success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with constantly evolving priorities and tight timelines.Validated ownership of IBP process and linkage to P&L/working capitalDemonstrated impact in increasingly complex leadership roles, including roles requiring orchestration and leadership by influence; E2E mentality and collaboration.Strong understanding of core Order Fulfillment processes (Customer Service, Warehousing and Transportation)Outstanding verbal and written communication skillsPreferred:Minimum of 5 years managerial experience representing Supply Chain or a function in Leadership Teams.Strong planning and systems understanding with demonstrated track record of execution.Shown Critical thinking, learning agility and intellectual curiosity.Leadership Imperatives: Connect, Shape, GrowOther:* This position requires up to 25% domestic and international travel.Desirable:APICS/CSCP/CLTD/CPIM and/or Lean Six Sigma;
