This 189-bed facility is looking for a hard working and energized Registered Dietitian (RD) to help manage the nutrition needs of their short term, long term, Palliative Care and feeding tube residents while proudly serving their diverse community health-care needs.Registered Dietitian (RD) Reporting to the Director of Clinical Nutrition the successful candidate will:Assess the nutritional needs of residents by completing the necessary clinical nutritional assessmentsProviding nutrition counseling and education for residents and familyWorking with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care is provided to all residentsBe knowledgeable of the Nutrition Care ProcessPossess the ability to creatively problem solve and work independently with minimal supervisionEfficiently and effectively organize clinical nutrition and patient care responsibilitiesRotating holidays and weekend work requiredIs this opportunity right for you?
