Job Details:Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Location: Marlinton, WV, 24954Shift: 12 Hours (7am-7:30pm) (7pm-7:30am)Contract: 9 weeksStart: ASAPRequirements:Must be licensed LPNMust have BLS/CPRExperience with SNF/LTC preferredMust be COVID Vaccinated or Religious ExemptionResponsibilities:Record a patient's medical history accurately.Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.Monitor patients' condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.
