Role: Marketing Manager (Financial Services)Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Minneapolis, MN)Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CSTPay: $40.00-$43.06/hourDrive disciplined execution of portfolio marketing initiatives by managing campaigns, prioritizing workstreams, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery across credit card and financial services portfolios.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Program ExecutionSupport end-to-end execution of portfolio marketing campaigns across onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle initiativesPartner with strategy leads to translate marketing plans into actionable deliverables (targeting, briefing, deployment, QA)Project & Workflow ManagementManage intake, prioritization, and tracking of marketing requests across multiple concurrent initiativesEnsure adherence to timelines, dependencies, and QA standards across systems (e.g., workflows, targeting tools, approvals)Organization & PrioritizationServe as a central coordinator across stakeholders to ensure clarity of priorities and sequencing of deliverablesBalance competing demands while maintaining focus on high-impact, revenue-driving initiativesCross-Functional CoordinationPartner with Product, Analytics, Operations, and Creative teams to align on campaign needs and execution requirementsSupport development and maintenance of marketing collateral, customer communications, and channel execution plansPortfolio & Channel SupportAssist in managing ongoing channel execution (e.g., email, statements, digital placements) to ensure messaging accuracy and consistencySupport ongoing enhancements to portfolio marketing programs including onboarding, engagement, and reactivation effortsAd Hoc & Continuous ImprovementSupport audits, process improvements, and special projects tied to portfolio performance and operational efficiencyIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve execution qualityQualificationsBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field3–5+ years of experience in marketing, financial services, or related environmentPreferred ExperienceExperience in credit card, banking, or financial services marketingDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience supporting campaign execution and marketing operationsKey Skills & CapabilitiesProject Management: Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong follow-throughPrioritization: Ability to assess urgency/impact and sequence work effectivelyExecution Discipline: Detail-oriented with strong QA mindset and accuracyCommunication: Clear, concise communicator able to coordinate across stakeholdersAdaptability: Comfortable shifting priorities and supporting evolving business needsThe hourly pay rate range for this position is $40.00 to $43.06 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
