You will:Troubleshoot and repair tufting, trimming, cutting, and assembly machineryPerform preventative maintenance that keeps downtime low and productivity highSupport machine changeovers and precision tooling adjustmentsExecute safe electrical and mechanical work using proper LOTO proceduresSharpen and maintain cutting blades for high‑accuracy productionCollaborate with Engineering on tooling, upgrades, and continuous improvementMentor teammates and help elevate our technical excellenceEvery day brings a new challenge—and a new opportunity to make an impact.What You BringExperience with brush manufacturing equipment or similar specialty machinery (preferred, not required)Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read blueprints and follow technical processesA safety‑first mindset and high attention to detailPhysical ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shiftWhy TanisWe’re a company that invests in our people.
