Experience with DOT preferred.SummaryThe Network Carrier Coordinator will manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers to ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, properly timed billing, and overall customer satisfaction.Essential FunctionsPrint delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network CarriersResearch and update orders on Restoration Hardware’s “Ready to be Scheduled” (RTBS) report; work with Network Carriers to get orders scheduledProcess Return Authorizations (RAs), RA Clarifications, Pending RAs, Not in iDirect RAs, etc. for all locationsManage the Open RA report (monthly)Research orders on the “Over 50” report (orders that have a delivery date 50 days old) either by obtaining a POD from the Network Carrier or conducting a follow up survey with the customer to confirm delivery; update system so we can invoice the clientRespond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing TeamValidate and update complete dates in iDirect for orders that have a scheduled dateAssist Operations Supervisor with building return trucksServe as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and emailAdditional ResponsibilitiesPerforms other duties as assigned.Skills And AbilitiesOperations background (Logistics and/or Transportation)Meets corporate competency model requirementsOrganization skillsAbility to understand and follow work proceduresCommunication skills (verbal and written)Ability to build professional relationshipsPractical Learning skillsQualificationsBachelor's degree preferredOne (1) year or more years related experience required\#INDexempt\Job Category: Supply ChainCompensation InformationThe compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
