They operate four facilities in the Bay Area: Campbell (48 beds), Saratoga (49 beds), Los Gatos (79 beds), and Redwood City (58 beds).Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced RN Manager to join our leadership team. This role is 100% management-focused and does not involve direct clinical hands-on care. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for supporting residents, families, and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee nursing operations primarily at our Campbell location, with occasional support at our other facilities as neededServe as the main point of contact for physicians and families regarding residents' careReview and oversee documentation and care notes prepared by LVNs and CNAsSupport and mentor clinical staff, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory complianceFoster a positive and compassionate environment within our memory care and assisted living communitiesMaintain flexibility to work various shifts and some weekends as needed to support staff and residentsQualificationsActive California RN license in good standingPrior management experience as an RN requiredExperience in memory care strongly preferred, but not requiredExcellent interpersonal skills and a strong, approachable personalityAbility to adapt to changing needs and support multiple facilitiesAdditional InformationInterviews and training will be conducted at our Campbell, CA location.Main work location will be Campbell, with travel to Saratoga, Los Gatos, and Redwood City as needed.
