Technical Project Lead – Electronic Controls cybersecurity

Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Technical Project Lead – Electronic Controls cybersecurity to strengthen our team in Columbus, Indiana Onsite.Key responsibilities :Cross-functional technical coordination across multiple engineering teamsTracking and driving closure of cybersecurity deliverables, risks, and action itemsSupporting implementation of cybersecurity features in the ECMDeveloping and executing bench validation plansTroubleshooting and validating ECM software and calibration behaviorSupporting requirements management, traceability, and compliance activitiesSupporting release readiness reviews and production implementationCreating technical documentation, training material, and customer-facing communicationsCoordinating issue resolution between software, controls, validation, and product teamsRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience with ECMs, controls validation, and system integrationStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skillsExperience working across multiple engineering disciplines and organizationsExperience with technical documentationExcellent communication and project coordination skillsDesired qualifications:Experience with cybersecurity implementation for embedded systemsExperience with regulatory compliance activities (CRA, UNECE R155, ISO/SAE 21434, or similar)Experience performing bench or hardware-in-the-loop testingExperience supporting production launches or product transitionsIf you are passionate about bringing innovation to the projects you work on and want to join a global company, then this is the place for you.Tata Technologies: Engineering a better world.Tata Technologies would like to thank all applicants for their interest; each application will be reviewed against the set criteria for the role.
