Power Platforms Operations Manager
Job Description:Operations Manager supporting NIAID's Enterprise Collaboration and Power Platform environments.Oversees SharePoint On‐Prem, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure API Management, and end-user support operations.Ensures reliable platform performance, secure operations, and effective service delivery across BPIMB environments.Manage SharePoint services, configurations, backups, and updates.Automate tasks using PowerShell and conduct regular system health checks.Manage site collections, sharing controls, app catalogs, and migrations.Manage environments (Dev/Test/Prod), security roles, and DLP policies.Implement ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and solution lifecycle management.Configure API gateways, enforce security policies, and manage versioning.Monitor and optimize API performance using Azure monitoring tools.Deliver timely maintenance, outages, and root-cause analysis.Maintain SOPs and ensure documentation stays current in the OCICB Knowledge Base.Oversee Tier 1 help desk support and application performance monitoring.Requirements:7+ years of related experienceExpert knowledge of SharePoint On‐Prem, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power PlatformExperience with SPFx, Node.js, Power Fx, CSS/HTML/JS, and ReactExperience with Azure API Management and API gateway configurationNIH/HHS experience preferred (5+ years)Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and operational leadership skillsDemonstrated experience leading and mentoring a small to mid‐sized technical or operational team to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvementBenefits:variety of medical plan options, some with Health Savings Accountsdental plan optionsvision plana 401(k) plan offering the ability to contribute both pre and post-tax dollars up to the IRS annual limits and receive a company match.full flex work weeks where possiblea variety of paid time off plans, including vacation, sick and personal time, holidays, paid parental, military, bereavement and jury duty leave.GDIT typically provides new employees with 15 days of paid leave per calendar year to be used for vacations, personal business, and illness and an additional 10 paid holidays per year.The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.short and long-term disability benefitslife, accidental death and dismemberment, personal accident, critical illness and business travel and accident insurance
