We are building a strong clinical foundation rooted in compassion, accountability, collaboration, and excellence.We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to help lead our clinical team, strengthen systems, support staff development, and guide the continued growth of our services.Position OverviewThe Clinical Director will serve as a key clinical leader within Milestones Moments and will be responsible for overseeing clinical quality, BCBA performance, service delivery, compliance, and overall clinical outcomes.This role is ideal for a BCBA who is ready to step into a meaningful leadership position with the opportunity to help shape the clinical direction of a growing organization.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee clinical services and ensure high-quality, ethical, evidence-based ABA practicesProvide leadership, supervision, and support to BCBAs and clinical staffEnsure treatment plans, supervision, documentation, and authorizations are completed accurately and timelySupport RBT supervision standards, treatment fidelity, and staff developmentCollaborate with scheduling, family services, QA, and leadership teams to ensure smooth service deliveryMonitor clinical quality, compliance, utilization, and continuity of careHelp build scalable clinical systems, policies, workflows, and training structuresSupport family communication and assist with escalated clinical concerns when neededPromote a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and clinical excellenceClinical ExpectationsInitially, the Clinical Director will maintain approximately 10–15 hours per week of direct supervision and billable clinical work, with a planned transition toward reduced clinical hours as leadership responsibilities increase.QualificationsActive BCBA certification requiredGeorgia LBA or ability to obtain/maintain applicable Georgia licensure requiredStrong experience supervising clinical staff, including BCBAs and RBTsExperience with treatment planning, clinical documentation, authorizations, and complianceStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to collaborate across departments and help build systems in a growing organizationPrior clinical leadership experience strongly preferredCompensation & Benefits$110,000 annual salarysign-on bonus after 60 days of continuous employmentPTO offeredAdditional benefits package currently in developmentOpportunity to help shape clinical systems and leadership structure as the organization growsWhy Join Milestones Moments?This is an opportunity to join Milestones Moments at an important stage of growth and play a meaningful role in shaping our clinical foundation.
