Real Estate Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking aReal Estate Associate Attorneyto join ahighly regarded national midsize firmin its Los Angeles or Orange County office. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a sophisticated real estate practice representing developers and investors in complex transactional matters.Do not wait to apply after reading this description a high application volume is expected for this opportunity.Key Responsibilities: Manage a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing matters Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements Conduct and oversee due diligence, including title and survey review Prepare and review leases, subleases, licenses, and easements Assist with loan documents, joint ventures, LLC operating agreements, and limited partnership agreements Support developers and investors on sophisticated real estate transactions from inception through closing Qualifications: 2-10 years of real estate transactional experience at a law firm Strong background handling acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing transactions Experience with purchase and sale agreements and real estate due diligence Familiarity with joint venture structures and finance documents Experience with transactions involving eminent domain is a plus Excellent academic credentials Active California bar admission required Compensation & Benefits: xywuqvpBase salary range:$150,000 – $300,000 , depending on experience Annual bonus eligibility, including a15% bonus opportunitytied to billable expectations Billable hour target:1,850 hours , including approved pro bono time Comprehensive benefits package This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level real estate associate seeking sophisticated transactional work within a collaborative and nationally respected platform.
