California Licensed Employee Relations Partner
A company is looking for a Sr. Team Member Relations Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct complex investigations and manage cases related to employee relations issues
Provide consultation to leaders on performance and conduct concerns, producing necessary documentation
Develop relationships with team members and leaders to influence positive change in employee relations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years' experience in a dedicated HR or employee relations role
Minimum of three years' experience conducting employee relations investigations
Minimum of three years' experience providing performance coaching consultation to leaders
Knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws, particularly in specific states
