Candidatos bilingües son bienvenidos.Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance across facility systemsLead a team of technicians and maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluationsManage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to ensure timely completion of tasksOversee the operation and troubleshooting of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), electrical systems including high and low voltage equipmentInterpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for mechanical and electrical systemsCoordinate with project management teams on facility upgrades, renovations, or new installationsEnsure compliance with safety regulations related to HVAC systems, electrical work (including high voltage), and industrial maintenance standardsRequirementsProven experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance supervision with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systemsHands-on knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic toolsFamiliarity with CMMS software for work order management and maintenance trackingStrong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical wiring (including high and low voltage), and industrial safety standardsDemonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in manufacturing or industrial environmentsAbility to read technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings accuratelyExcellent communication skills in English for effective team coordination and reportingProject management experience to oversee maintenance projects from planning through completionWhat We OfferFull-time stable employmentCareer growth opportunitiesHands-on skill development and trainingSupportive team environmentOpportunity to work with a respected local food manufacturerCompetitive pay based on experienceWork LocationPalm City, Florida — In PersonJoin our team and become part of a company dedicated to producing high-quality food products while maintaining industry-leading sanitation and safety standards.Somos una empresa de manufactura de alimentos, trabajar en equipo.Candidatos bilingües son bienvenidos.
