REMOTE Senior ServiceNow Architect
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of scalable ServiceNow solutions. This role will focus on customer-facing applications, enterprise integrations, and establishing platform best practices to ensure long-term success and performance.• Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT strategies• Lead the implementation of customer-facing applications (e.g., Customer Service Management, portals, custom apps)• Define and enforce ServiceNow architecture standards, governance, and best practices• Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware, etc.)• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions• Guide development teams on platform capabilities, configurations, and customizations• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to architectural standards• Optimize platform usage and recommend improvements for efficiency and user experienceStay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trendsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
