This role will primarily support updates to the Ok2Pay (Approved Invoice File) integration, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow between systems.This is a short-term engagement ideal for a technical consultant who can quickly assess existing integrations, implement updates, and support testing efforts in a live enterprise environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and update existing Ok2Pay (Approved Invoice File) integration between Coupa and PeopleSoftModify and enhance flat file-based integrations to support evolving business requirementsPerform unit testing of integration updates and validate data accuracySupport regression testing of existing integrations to ensure stability and prevent downstream issuesTroubleshoot and resolve integration defects, data discrepancies, and processing errorsCollaborate with functional and technical teams across Coupa and PeopleSoft environmentsDocument changes, testing results, and integration workflowsRequired QualificationsProven experience with Coupa implementations and integrationsHands-on experience integrating Coupa with PeopleSoft ERPStrong experience working with Ok2Pay / invoice payment file integrationsExpertise in flat file integrations (inbound/outbound processing, transformations, validations)Experience with unit testing and regression testing in integration environmentsStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills across financial data flowsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, short-term engagementPreferred QualificationsExperience with PeopleSoft Financials (AP/Payments modules)Familiarity with middleware or integration tools (if applicable in prior environments)Experience working in enterprise finance or procurement systemsPrior experience in post-implementation support or optimization projectsDeliverablesUpdated and validated Ok2Pay integration file(s)Successful completion of unit and regression testing cyclesDocumentation of changes and test resultsStabilized integration performance with minimal defects
