REMOTE EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

We are seeking a highly organized and customer focused Remote Service Coordinator to support our dealerships Mobile Service and Pickup & Delivery operations. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, performing outreach, confirming customer information, routing mobile service appointments efficiently and scheduling pickup/delivery of customer vehicles and coordinating drivers.Key Responsibilities:Perform outreach to obtain mobile service and pickup/delivery appointmentsVerify and update customer contact informationCoordinate Pickup & Delivery logistics with drivers and customersHelp grow the business through consistent execution and customer satisfactionQualifications:Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environmentCustomer-service mindset with attention to detailIdeal Candidate:A self-starter who can keep operations organized, offer services available to customers and deliver a high-level customer experience
