Candidate must hold an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.Sign on bonus up to 5K.What you get to do.Lead network survey, design and installations under direction of the governmentConduct Site Surveys of customer premise networks in CONUS and OCONUS locationsCreate detailed Site Survey reports detailing a site’s current infrastructure, NIST and TEMPEST compliance, along with design recommendationsConfigure, install, test, certify, and troubleshoot network infrastructure cablingEnsure Network cabling infrastructure is compliant with current NIST and TEMPEST StandardsBuild and install equipment racksInstall, dress, label, and terminate Cat6 and Fiber cable in telecommunications roomsTest and troubleshoot network infrastructure issues on SIPR and NIPR networksCreate accurate reports and documentation to design/certify network infrastructureTrack, manage, and ensure project tasks are completed in a timely mannerDevelop Bills of Material (BOM) for network plant design requirementsPlan and perform preventive maintenance and scheduled upgrades (Life-cycle replacements)Investigate physical faults in the networkReport network infrastructure deployment status to key stakeholdersHave flexible working hours to be available to support off-hour work, when neededRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degreeMust have an active TS/SCI ClearanceUnderstanding of ANSI/TIA-568 and 569 standardsRequirements of Protective Distribution Systems (PDS) for Classified Systems as directed by Security and/or the Certified Tempest Technical Authority (CTTA)Knowledge of National Security Telecommunication & Information Systems Security Instruction (NTISSI) 7003Knowledge of DISA network topologies and standardsTopology and rack elevations using VisioExperience with various OTDR, cable testers, and network sniffers to develop reports for infrastructure certification documentationThe Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
