The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings. Duties - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with relevant codes - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems - Utilize hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment to complete projects - Perform heavy lifting and assembly of pipes and fittings - Conduct inspections to identify issues and troubleshoot plumbing systems - Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site - Drive commercial vehicles to transport materials and equipment Skills - Mechanical knowledge to understand plumbing systems - Experience with heavy lifting required for moving equipment and materials - Maintenance Person skills for various repair tasks - Proficiency in construction plumbing techniques - Familiarity with power tools - Proficient in using hand tools for precise work - Knowledge of pipe threading methods for secure connections - Strong ability to assemble, install, and repair plumbing fixtures - Commercial driving experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Company truck Dental insurance Fuel card Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday No weekends Experience: Hand tools: 1 year (Required) Pipe threading: 1 year (Required) Power tools: 1 year (Required) Ability to Relocate: Anniston, AL 36201: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
