This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to drive structured, data-driven staffing decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end staffing plan development and refresh cyclesCoordinate inputs across HR, Finance, and business stakeholdersConsolidate staffing data into executive-ready reports and insightsTrack staffing changes, risks, and decisions as a single source of truthSupport capacity planning and scenario analysisDrive process improvements for staffing workflows and governancePrepare materials for leadership reviews and decision-making forumsEnsure timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are metRequirements5+ years of experience in Project Management / Workforce Planning / Business OperationsExperience working closely with HR on staffing or headcount planningStrong stakeholder management and multi-workstream coordinationAbility to translate complex data into clear executive-level insightsComfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsExcellent communication and organizational skills
