You make integrations work, keep experiments running cleanly, and unblock the technical issues that stand between customers and results.This is a hands‑on, consultative role that blends front‑end engineering, analytics, debugging, and customer communication. You’ll work directly with customer engineering teams and serve as a trusted technical partner.This is a net‑new role, built off the success of an existing Implementation Engineer.What You’ll DoLead technical onboarding end‑to‑end: integrate Coframe across client websites from kickoff through go‑live, working directly with client engineering teamsOwn analytics integrations: instrument, validate, and advise on data pipelines across GA4, Segment, Amplitude, and custom data layersDiagnose and debug: troubleshoot integration issues, QA implementations, and resolve front‑end performance problems (LCP optimization, anti‑flicker, SSR environments)Be the technical bridge: translate between business goals and technical requirements, and between client developers and Coframe’s internal engineering teamManage a portfolio of accounts: juggle multiple enterprise implementations without sacrificing quality or responsivenessAdvise on experimentation best practices: support metric setup, analytics strategy, and experimentation workflowsYou May Be a Fit If3+ years in a technical, client‑facing role such as implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical account management, or post‑sale consultingStrong front‑end fundamentals: comfortable writing and debugging HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptDeep familiarity with modern analytics stacks (GA4, Segment, Amplitude, Heap)Experience debugging real‑world performance issues (LCP constraints, anti‑flicker, tag management, SSR)Confident working directly with technical stakeholders at client organizationsConsultant mindset: proactive, communicative, and solution‑orientedYears of experience matter less than depth of understanding and the ability to execute.Bonus PointsExperience with experimentation platforms like Optimizely, VWO, LaunchDarklyFamiliarity with Google Tag Manager or TealiumExposure to Shopify or headless commerce environmentsInterest in AI‑powered experimentation and autonomous agentsBackground in CRO or experimentation tooling (nice to have, not required)Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $130,000–$190,000Equity: meaningful early‑stage equityFlexible (Unlimited) PTOMedical, Dental, and Vision for you and your family401(k) with matchDaily in‑office mealsWellness benefit and gym membershipWhy This RoleIf you want to:Own implementations end‑to‑endWork directly with enterprise customersSolve real technical problems with immediate impactBe part of a fast‑scaling AI company where execution mattersThis role is built for you.Additional Job Application TermsThis job is part of LinkedIn’s Full‑Service Hiring beta program.
