The primary responsibilities include performing diagnostic laboratory tests, ensuring accurate and precise results, adhering to quality control standards, and maintaining compliance with safety protocols. The Medical Technologist will work collaboratively with other laboratory professionals to support healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care.QualificationsProficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory Medicine practicesStrong Laboratory Skills and familiarity with Quality Control processesExperience or knowledge in Special Chemistry and related proceduresExperience in HPLC / LCMS-MS highly preferredDetail-oriented with an ability to follow precise protocols and analyze results effectivelyEducational background in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)ASCP or equivalent certification is highly desirableKnowledge of and adherence to safety regulations and laboratory compliance policiesEffective communication and teamwork skills
