Become a maker of possible with us.The Senior Packaging Engineer will develop new packaging concepts for both existing products and new product launches. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project goals are met in terms of cost, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.ResponsibilitiesDesign and test packaging solutions for various medical devices.Develop new package designs based on material properties, device design, manufacturing processes, sterilization methods, and end user requirements.Conducts preliminary testing of new package designs using appropriate methodologies such as sealing, leak testing, and bioburden analysis.Provide technical support to operations, purchasing, and other engineering functions.Participate in team meetings, presentations, and process improvement initiatives.Support internal and external audits as needed.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Purchasing, Marketing, and Sales.Travel may be required (
