Position Overview: The Site Manager will oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive construction knowledge, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site. Coordinate subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress and report on performance Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules. Manage materials and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage. Implement quality control procedures to maintain standards. Meet City/county inspectors on site Qualifications: Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
