Golang Software Engineer – Loyalty & Benefits PlatformLocation: [Add Location / Remote / Hybrid] Experience: 3–8 Years Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Golang Software Engineer to join our team building a global Loyalty & Benefits platform. This platform powers customer experiences at scale using modern microservices architecture.You’ll work in a collaborative Scrum team, contributing to the Account domain, building scalable services, and helping shape a high-performance distributed system.What You’ll DoDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang (or similar)Build and enhance microservices within a distributed architectureDevelop REST APIs and integrate asynchronous messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders in Agile (Scrum) teamsWrite clean, testable, and maintainable code with strong testing practicesContribute to CI/CD pipelines and automationParticipate in code reviews and knowledge sharing across teamsMust-Have Skills3+ years of backend development experienceStrong programming skills (Golang preferred; Java, Python, or similar acceptable)Experience with microservices architectureHands-on experience with:REST APIsMessaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)Good to HaveExperience with Golang in production environmentsKnowledge of Docker and containerizationExperience with Postgres or other relational databasesExposure to gRPC or GraphQLUnderstanding of TDD / BDD practices
