Finance Specialist / Cost Control ManagerA financial strategist driving planning, forecasting, and performance insights of Manufacturing Facilities:A cost accounting authority who understands manufacturing from raw material to finished machineA direct executive support partner to the President/General Manager, ensuring clarity, speed, and alignment in decision-makingYou will own financial truth in the organization—how it’s measured, interpreted, and acted upon.Financial Planning & AnalysisLead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly re-forecast cyclesBuild executive-level financial models that translate operations into strategyDeliver sharp variance analysis with clear, actionable insight (not just reporting gaps)Support scenario planning for pricing, production, supply chain, and margin optimizationManufacturing Cost IntelligenceOwn end-to-end manufacturing cost analysis (labor, materials, overhead, logistics)Track and interpret production efficiency, yield, scrap, and cost driversPartner directly with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales to understand real operational inputsSupport COGS, WIP, and inventory accounting during month-end closeExecutive / President Support (CPA + PA Hybrid Function)Act as financial extension of the General ManagerPrepare executive briefings, decision packs, and financial narrativesFilter complexity into clarity—what matters, why it matters, and what to do nextEnsure leadership has real-time, accurate financial visibility to drive decisionsSystems, ERP & TransformationServe as finance lead / key user in SAP S4 implementationDefine cost accounting and FP&A requirements for an actual-cost manufacturing environmentSupport data migration, UAT, validation, and post-go-live stabilizationIdentify and eliminate manual processes through ERP and reporting automationImprove financial data integrity, speed, and usability across the organizationControls, Compliance & CloseEnsure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and internal accounting policiesSupport internal and external audit requirementsStrengthen month-end close discipline and reporting accuracyWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA strongly preferred)5–10+ years in FP&A, cost accounting, or manufacturing financeDeep understanding of manufacturing cost structures and inventory accountingStrong hands-on Excel modeling capability (this is not a “delegation-only” role)Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferredExposure to ERP implementations, data migration, or BI/reporting tools is a major plusAbility to operate independently in a standalone finance leadership roleComfort working with global teams across time zonesStrong executive presence—able to influence decisions, not just report numbers
