This position is ideal for professionals who understand project sales cycles, and work closely with both external stakeholders and the internal solutions team.The position directly reports to the President & CEO and may have direct reports down the line.Role OverviewThe D365 Project Sales professional is responsible for securing Dynamics 365 project engagements, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while maintaining strong client relationshipsKey ResponsibilitiesSales Process Management: Create and manage project leads, opportunities, and SOW quotes; use Dynamics 365 Project Operations to build customized estimates and quotes for each dealStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the client as well as internal teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverablesContract & Governance: Review and draft contracts, ensure scope and dependencies are clearReporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, provide regular status updates, and ensure compliance with standardsVendor & Team Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and lead cross-functional teamsRequired Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related fieldExperience: 8-10+ years in Sales Lifecycle management in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) environmentCertification: Microsoft Sales CertificationTechnical Skills: Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules,Soft Skills: Excellent communication & leadership
