Today, the organization offers a comprehensive range of care, including Part A services, Part B services, and Private Duty services.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and eatingProvide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting a positive and friendly environmentAdminister medications, as directed by healthcare professionalsAssist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clientsPrepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary restrictions and preferencesPerform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizingAccompany clients to medical appointments and other outings, as neededMaintain accurate and timely documentation of all care providedRequirements40 Hr Certificate, Active HHA 75 hour certificate, CNA license (Required)Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not requiredMust have knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelinesMust have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Must have a current CPR certification.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Basic computer skill proficiency.
