Physical Therapist 2 Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedics California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy – Concord, CA Clinic Address: 1333 Willow Pass Rd, Ste 110, Concord, CA 94520 Clinic Setting: Outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy with a focus on hands-on, functional care. Salary: $85,000–$108,000 per year + $750 monthly bonus + full benefits Salary based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
