The ideal candidate thrives in critical situations, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a Level I Trauma setting.Key Responsibilities:Provide rapid assessment, triage, and treatment of patients with a wide range of emergent conditionsDeliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ER environmentCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesRespond effectively to trauma, cardiac, and other critical emergenciesAdminister medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established protocolsAccurately document patient care, treatments, and progressEducate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructionsMaintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standardsQualifications & Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of Emergency Room RN experienceAt least 2 years of experience in a Level I Trauma centerActive New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) LicenseCurrent BLS (Basic Life Support) CertificationCurrent ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) CertificationCurrent PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) CertificationTNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) Certification requiredStrong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situationsApply today to be part of a dedicated healthcare team!Prosperity thanks all applicants for their interest in this opportunity.
